A luxurious lunch that will make you feel like you make more money than you actually do. Ingredients: Bagel Cream Cheese 1 Avocado Salt Salmon Capers Shallots Fresh dill Lemon Toast bagel and spread on a thin layer of cream cheese. Go against everything we have ever taught you and slice, salt, and fan your avocados on your bagel (this is fancy after all). Top with salmon, capers, diced shallots, and finish with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon. Dig in!
